You can complete your missing cards with help from your team — or support them by sending cards!
🃏 Requesting Cards
Tap on a card you don’t own and press the Request button.
A request message is automatically sent to your Team Chat.
Requests last for 24 hours. You can see the next time you can send a new request when you tap a missing card.
Golden cards cannot be requested.
When a teammate sends the card, you’ll see it in your collection the next time you return to the main menu.
🎁 Sending Cards
You can see active requests in the team chat.
If you have a duplicate of the requested card, the Send button will appear.
You can send up to 3 cards per day.
Sending a card removes that duplicate from your collection.
The receiving player will see a notification showing who sent them the card.
💡 Tip: Work together with your team to complete sets faster and finish your collection more easily!
⚠️ Didn’t Receive a Card?
If a card hasn’t appeared in your collection yet, try closing and reopening the game once.
If the card still hasn’t arrived, please contact our support team and let us know. We’ll investigate and help you.
To contact support in-game:
Open the Settings menu.
Tap on Contact Us.
The FAQ window will appear.
Tap the Chat button in the top-right corner to start a conversation with us.
