Go to payments.google.com and log in with the account you used for the purchase.
Select “Transactions” to view your purchase history.
Click on a specific item to see its receipt.
iOS
Open the App Store on your device.
Tap your account icon (top right).
Select Purchase History.
Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted.
Tap See All to view your full history.
